God doesn’t waste our prayers. They are a sweet smelling aroma for Him. Let us be encouraged to continue praying for our loved ones, our enemies and our country.
Halleluyah! We can go to each day knowing that Jesus has delivered us from His wrath. For God has not destined us to wrath but to salvation(1 Thess 5:9). Wrath is coming, oh yeah it is, yet not for the believing Christian. No. This is our assurance: We are destined for salvation through Jesus Christ.
All our rejoicing , all our boasting should be in the cross of Jesus Christ. For every redeemed sinner , every good thing in life and every bad thing that God turned for good in life was obtained for us at the cross. Sometimes we take breath , health , friends and family for granted. We are undeserving of all this gifts. Our response should be gratitude that Christ loved us and gave Himself for us. (Galatians 6;14)

‘Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed’ (Proverbs 16:3). 2019, the year of tremendous uplifting and grace. Lord as we plan this year, guide and direct our thoughts, for where you are things go well. We have many medical camps, medical seminars, rites of passage, etc we need partners, finances, volunteers, logistical breakthroughs and strength to burn the midnight oil; doing ministry for you. Guide us we pray. Amen
It would not have been God’s table
if they hadn’t all been gathered around it:
the betrayer and the friend
the power-hungry and the justice seeker
the faithful and the fickle.
When Jesus poured the wine, and the bread was broken;
when everyone could eat –
the outcast and the beloved
the arrogant and the gracious
the wrong-doer and the wrongly done by –
the table became a foretaste
of love made real
and of a world made whole.

God, please forgive us this morning. Give us the strength to pull through the barriers that are blocking our hope, for we are individuals and we are open to error. No matter what blocks us from our most enduring tasks, we ask you to guide us and grant us tremendous uplifting and grace to push us through. In the name of our lord, amen.
