Our Story

 

Medical Missions (Africa) started off in mid-2008 as TEAMS (The Eastern Africa Missions Society Limited) launched on Friday 10th December 2010 at Olive  Gardens Hotel Hurlingham, Nairobi.

This was a fruition of a vision shared by 12 professionals in different fields with a desire to serve the society through medical missions, capacity development and missionary support. 

Our target groups are;

  • Underprivileged People
  • Marginalized groups
  • Unreached people groups
  • Under-served People
  • 10/40 window
  • Professionals and college students
  • Evangelical church leaders
  • Bible schools and school of ministry students
  • Missions agencies staff/missionaries

We’ve reached more than 70,000 people in 10 years of existence in Kenya and Africa.

Main Causes

MeMA has built a platform focused on aiding children, youths, church leaders, and the whole community to be productive through the much-needed healthcare, education, mentorship, volunteer experience, capacity building and economic empowerment programs. See our projects;
